This Privacy Policy explains how Caseload Marketing ("Caseload Marketing", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit caseloadmarketing.io or caseloadmarketing.com, fill in one of our forms, or communicate with us by email, phone or text message.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you fill in a contact form or reply to us. This may include:

- your mobile phone number, if you provide it;

- whether you agreed to receive text messages and/or emails from us, and when.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
If you tick the text message consent box on one of our forms, or otherwise give us consent to text you, we will use your mobile number to send messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and occasional marketing offers. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email delivery and SMS delivery providers. They receive only the information needed to provide their service to us, act on our instructions, and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices and how to opt out
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help.
- Emails: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed.
- Access, correction or deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing connect@caseloadmarketing.com.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including keeping a record of your consent and opt-out choices, unless a longer period is required by law.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
