These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of caseloadmarketing.io and caseloadmarketing.com (the "Sites") and to communications you receive from Caseload Marketing ("Caseload Marketing", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
About us
Caseload Marketing is a New Jersey marketing agency providing direct-mail letter campaigns and paid advertising (Facebook / Meta ads) for law firms and other local businesses. Any paid services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client.
Use of the Sites
You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you contact us. You must not attempt to interfere with the Sites, submit spam or harmful code, or submit information about another person without their permission.
Information on the Sites
Content on the Sites is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program name: Caseload Marketing.
- Program description: If you opt in, Caseload Marketing will send you text messages to follow up on your inquiry, schedule appointments and send appointment reminders, and send occasional marketing offers about our services.
- How you opt in: by ticking the optional text message consent box on one of our forms, or by giving us your consent directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To cancel: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email connect@caseloadmarketing.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Email communications
If you agree to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing connect@caseloadmarketing.com.
Intellectual property
The content of the Sites, including text and design, belongs to Caseload Marketing and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caseload Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or our messages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
